Maria Vaalavuo

Maria leads the SustAgeable consortium and is responsible for the ‘Distribution of well-being’ work package (WP1). Maria is particularly familiar with the study of inequality, health inequalities and disadvantage. She hopes her research will develop our understanding of the relationship between the welfare state and social sustainability.
