Aart-Jan is involved in work packages ‘Distribution of well-being’ (WP1) and ‘Careers’ (WP2). He is especially interested in how social and economic (dis)advantaged develop across people’s life courses, how these are reflected in their retirement and pensions, and what can be done about it.
